So get enough sleep for more productive life.

6. Take breaks

May be can’t need a break but your brain needs breaks. Long hours of work is a signal to take a break.

If you take a break between your work and everything is going smoothly. You can’t feel more stress or sometimes you become stressless.

Breaks are very important. So, also add break time in your time table.

7. Follow the 80/20 rule

This principle is also known as Pareto Principle. This principle tells that 80% of the result comes from 20% of your efforts.

Now you need to identify which 20% of the efforts you producing for the better or best result.
